THE WOMB OF THE EGYPTIAN GODDESSES
An Art Therapy Journey for Women
Discover your inner strength through the myths and sacred rituals of the Egyptian goddesses.
The first cycle of the course explores four goddesses: Isis, Bastet, Maat, and Taweret—archetypes of healing, protection, balance, and rebirth.
In subsequent modules, we will explore more goddesses for a complete journey toward sacred femininity.

The woman with golden hair
The proposed course offers participants the opportunity to explore and reflect on their own experiences through art therapy and theater. Through experiential exercises, dance, drawing, and improvisation, women will be encouraged to freely express their thoughts and feelings, confront their fears, and embrace their inner strength. Practical and creative exercises will be offered to stimulate creativity and foster emotional awareness.

ÚTERA
"Utera" is an art therapy workshop that stands out as a space where women can explore their vulnerability and transform it into strength. The main focus is female empowerment and connection to the ancestral wisdom of a universal goddess. Through various activities such as art therapy, meditation, dance, and singing, participants can develop their creativity and self-awareness. Furthermore, relationships among participants are strengthened, and group cohesion is fostered.

Lilith
Through clowns, meditations and art therapy, the participants learn to understand themselves in depth, despite the fact that society has often marginalized itself a lot in the past, the veggies are loved by independent women. The courses are intended to explore the feeling of guilt related to freedom, allowing the participants to view the process at once. The space created will be intimate, safe and friendly, allowing the things to be expressed. At the end of the itinerary, the participants will be able to create a group work or their own Lilith seva with all the clothing and history, symbol of freedom and power. This vegada lliure of flying was not named in Edèn until all the universe.
MIRROR OF MY DESIRES
This workshop draws inspiration from the Evil Queen in Snow White, exploring the importance of self-reflection and self-love. It focuses on integrating our separate inner selves, acknowledging both our strengths and weaknesses to create a more authentic image and reduce self-criticism. Despite initial challenges, working with the mirror fosters balanced self-esteem. Through art therapy and clowning techniques, this process transforms into a fun journey of discovery. The Evil Queen in Snow White had a living mirror that personified her fears and insecurities.
Dr. Jekyll y Mr. Hyde
Inspired by the characters of "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," this self-discovery journey will teach us to accept and embrace our different facets, understanding that each one is part of our essence.
Through various activities such as theatrical improvisation, meditation, and artistic exercises, we will immerse ourselves in a process of integrating our polarities, allowing us to be more authentic and flexible in our daily lives. Playing with the clown's red nose, we will laugh at ourselves and discover our most hidden inner qualities.
In this workshop, we will have fun while exploring the different sides of our personality, understanding that duality is an intrinsic part of our being. Come and join us on this journey of growth and discovery!
Here and Now
In this workshop dedicated to the "Here and Now," the main focus is on the art of inhabiting the present and being self-aware. Through art therapy exercises, meditations, and sensory experiences, participants will learn to pay attention to their sensations, emotions, actions, and thoughts in the here and now.
Life is always now, and there is no better time than this to make a change. Being present and aware frees us from the conditioning of the past and the future, allowing us to explore our true selves.

The Journey of Ulysses
Inspired by the Odyssey, each session will explore a stage of Odysseus's symbolic journey to Ithaca, his inner home. Along the way, Odysseus will encounter iconic characters such as the Sirens, the Cyclops, Circe, and the Suitors. Through techniques like art therapy, meditation, theatrical improvisation, and clowning, participants will be invited to reflect on their own personal journeys and discover new dimensions of themselves through the mythical figure of Odysseus. This story can lead to a group creation, such as a short performance, a drawing, a poem, and more.

The Achilles heel
The course "The Achilles Heel" is an innovative combination of art therapy and performing arts that aims to discover and explore your weak point in a playful and creative way. Through the use of art therapy and theatrical improvisation games, you will be guided to become aware of your vulnerabilities without perceiving them as a burden, but rather as a signal to listen to understand what they communicate to you about yourself. This journey will allow you to recognize and give voice to your Achilles heel, learning new lessons about yourself and your relationships with others.

The Dragon´s Shadow
In "The Shadow of the Dragon," the protagonist embarks on an inner journey to discover his inner selves, confronting his fears and repressed desires. Throughout his alchemical odyssey, the hero immerses himself in a profound process of acceptance and transformation through introspection and an open, honest dialogue with himself.
As the hero delves deeper into his own emotional labyrinth, he faces his own shadows and the darkest aspects of his personality. Instead of trying to overcome these inner conflicts, he learns to accept and integrate them as an essential part of his being. Through this process of self-knowledge and acceptance, the hero transforms his life and his perception of the world around him.

The Rebel Body
The Rebel Body is a workshop for women who wish to delve into the world of female clowning. During the classes, the figure of the clown will be analyzed as a symbol of inverted power and social disorder, exploring its presence in diverse cultures throughout history. The role of female clowns like Mari Bárbola, who defied societal beauty standards, will be highlighted. Furthermore, the rebel body will be addressed as a personal and communal process of subverting established roles and reclaiming diversity.
In short, "Female Clowning: Exploring Rebellion" is a space of freedom, exploration, and expression for women seeking self-discovery, questioning established social norms, and celebrating their diversity through the performing arts.
