SEMI-ESTEEM COURSE FOR WOMEN ONLY
This workshop aims to be a shared, intimate, and circular space for all women who wish to challenge themselves, recognizing and accepting their vulnerability and transforming it into strength.
Through art therapy, meditation, and visualization exercises, the women in the circle, guided by me, will explore their feminine universe in all its complexity, intensity, and beauty.
This journey of exploration will lead to the creation of characters, stories, biographies, or poems, culminating in the creation of a final group work. Thus, by playing with images, irony, colors, and memories, we redesign femininity.

About me
I am an art therapist and clown. Over the years, I have developed my own creative method, "Art Therapy for the Development of the Performing Arts and Personal Growth," which combines art therapy, meditation, clowning, and other techniques.
