WOMEN WHO RUN WITH THE WOLVES
Cicle d'arteràpia i arts escèniques.
Path of training and personal growth for women through art therapy and the performing arts takes as reference the book "Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
The sessions focus on rediscovering the wild woman that resides within each of us. Stories, myths and tales from the book are used together with art therapy, dance, clowning and meditation modules to facilitate personal transformation. Through these sessions, women can connect with their feminine essence and explore their emotions. The activities are designed to awaken the strength and beauty that resides within each one, connecting with nature and ancestral wisdom. Each of the activities facilitates personal expression and transformation in a delicate and respectful way. At the end of the course the group will create an artistic work as an expression of their joint work.
